Built an Award-Winning World-Class In-House Agency at Freddie Mac (Fortune 50 Company)
What started with a three-person design department soon became a 26-person creative and collaborative in-house agency. With goals from leadership to stand-out as a division, increase revenue, and have more of a consumer-facing presence, I worked with the Executive Creative Director to grow the team in order to not only achieve these goals, but to win several awards along the way. With my supervision, we were able to enhance the company’s brand presence, while telling compelling stories that echos among industry insiders and consumer audiences. . The team, now consisting of creative directors, producers, editors, animators, writers, art directors, and designers, are invited to the table when it comes to business decisions externally and internally.
